BiPlus is looking for an eCommerce Operations Executive (Merchandising) to join our eCommerce Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE), supporting a major international client.
The project focuses on operating eCommerce platforms across multiple markets in the Asia-Pacific region, using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
In this role, you will work directly with international business teams to receive, coordinate, and resolve operational requests related to product information, pricing, promotions, and content on eCommerce platforms.
No prior eCommerce experience is required. You will receive comprehensive training on the systems, processes, and operations, along with hands-on guidance from experienced Team Leads and Sub-Leads.
Job Responsibilities
eCommerce Operations: Set up and manage product information, pricing, inventory, promotions, vouchers, and storefront content on eCommerce platforms.
Request and Incident Management: Receive, analyze, and resolve operational requests and incidents through Jira, ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Campaign and Product Launch Support: Configure promotional campaigns, support new product launches, and ensure accurate and timely execution.
Business User Support: Provide guidance, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot system-related and operational issues for business users across multiple countries.
Quality Assurance: Verify system configurations, support Business Validation Testing (BVT), and ensure accuracy before changes are deployed to production.
Documentation and Collaboration: Create and maintain operational procedures and documentation in Confluence; collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Job Requirements
1-3 years of professional experience in Operations, Customer Service, Account Support, Project Coordination, Sales Support, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in both Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English across all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Able to communicate confidently, participate in meetings, discuss work-related matters, and write professional emails in English with international colleagues and clients.
Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Quick learner with logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other common office tools.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and comply with SLAs.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational weekend shifts and support during product launches when required.
No prior eCommerce experience or technical background is required. Comprehensive training will be provided before you begin independently handling operational tasks.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in an international environment or regularly using English in a professional setting.
Experience in customer request handling, task coordination, or operational process management.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other task and project management tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: VND 12,000,000 - 20,000,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
