Mô tả công việc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
- Own and drive GMV & Sales targets for TikTok/ Lazada and Brand Shop.
- Plan and execute monthly mega campaigns and new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platforms and partners (JBP, KA teams).
- Secure platform resources: commission optimization, traffic exposure, flash sales, marketing support.
- Manage campaign execution & activity registration from setup to performance review.
- Analyze platform, market and competitor data to optimize sales performance.
- Coordinate stock planning & risk control with E-commerce GTM and Operations teams.
- Work with Finance and partners on warehouse and logistics coordination.
- Handle other related tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with proven sales performance, preferably in ICT, consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Good understanding of major platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok; experience working with these platforms is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English or Chinese (Chinese is a strong advantage).
Skill Requirement
• Able to work fast, adapt quickly and perform well in a dynamic environment.
• Result-oriented, proactive and solution-driven.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English/Chinese and Vietnamese.
• Good analytical and data-driven mindset.
