Development & Management
●Responsible for creating E-Commerce Channels strategy to optimize performance
●Responsible for creating monthly plans and projections to deliver all KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, CR....
●Continuous develop and expand E-Commerce Channels to bring out the best ideas
●Responsible the quality and timely completion of all proposals within deadlines
●Monthly planning for Look and feel development for recent and up to date events as well as company brand guidelines
Execution
●Weekly and monthly reporting to CEO includes GMV and all other parameters
●Complete ownership of E-Commerce Channels Ads management within budget
●Complete ownership of all marketing tools within E-Commerce Channels such as Campaigns, vouchers, flash sale, etc...
●Complete ownership of pricing model developing and continuously updating prices within market and competitors research, our internal costs, and Shopee fees updates
●Continuously optimizing our listings, packages, and combos for current products within market trends and competitors' analyses
●Lead adding new products to E-Commerce Channels
●Continuously updating listing quality in line with market trends, competitors' analyses, and company development, includes updates photos, videos, photos briefing, and description
●Analyze all customer comments, reviews and queries and work with related channels to do necessarily updates
●Planning and execution of Affiliate Marketing solutions
●Work closely with KOL/KOC Teams to plan commercial and operation to achieve expected results
●Work closely with Digital marketing team to maximize leading traffic to E-Commerce Channels
●Using analytics, work with KAM as well as other teams to identify new ideas and opportunities with existing clients
●Other tasks assigned by the CEO.
