Ecommerce Store Manager

Let's become our Frontend developer, and you will

• Manage the listing of 7-Eleven's and partner's ecommerce stores across stores across platforms. Make sure all the listing is up to date and well displayed.

• Setting up and managing loyalty campaigns of 7REWARDS using the CRM Portal.

• Keep our customers happy by responding to their concerns via phone and CRM Portal.

• Cooperate with other teams and partners to optimize the performance of the virtual store and report on it.

• Doing reconciliation between 7-Eleven and partners at the end of the month.

• Don't worrų if you aren't familiar with anything above, you will work with an instructor who will provide any guidance needed.

Having these technical requirements will be your advance

• Strong communication and reporting on it.

• Good computer skills.

• Familiar with store operation procedures.

• Experience in Customer Support or managing an online store is a plus.
