Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an Ecosystem Enablement Executive to support the development and operation of NYB.AI's ecosystem initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in ecosystem development, partnership support, program management, community building, marketing operations, or startup/innovation programs.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, research-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders across researchers, labs, universities, biotech/pharma startups, technology partners, VCs, accelerators, and other strategic ecosystem players. This role will work closely with the Director of Ecosystem Development to turn ecosystem strategy into structured programs, operational workflows, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
Roles And Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem enablement support
Assist in developing ecosystem initiatives, including researcher engagement, lab/university engagement, startup programs, partner initiatives, and community activities.
Support the preparation of program structures, member benefits, onboarding processes, enablement materials, and operational playbooks.
Translate ecosystem strategy into clear execution plans, timelines, trackers, workflows, and follow-up actions.
Support the execution of ecosystem initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and outcomes are clearly tracked.
2. Ecosystem research and database management
Conduct research on potential ecosystem partners, including universities, labs, biotech/pharma startups, accelerators, VCs, industry associations, and technology partners.
Build, maintain, and update ecosystem databases, partner lists, contact records, stakeholder profiles, and engagement history.
Track ecosystem opportunities, partnership status, engagement progress, and next-step actions.
Provide research summaries and recommendations to support ecosystem planning and prioritization.
3. Partner and community coordination
Support communication and coordination with researchers, labs, startups, partners, and community members.
Assist in preparing outreach materials, partnership briefs, meeting notes, follow-up emails, and ecosystem updates.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ecosystem activities.
Support relationship management by keeping communication, documentation, and follow-up actions well-organized and timely.
4. Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product,
business development, and scientific teams to support ecosystem-related campaigns, webinars, workshops, events, and partner activities.
