Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a
Business Development Executive (Building Materials,$950, ID18287)
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, focusing on projects requiring aluminum and glass solutions.
Source information on upcoming residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects through
developers, architects, and contractors.
Build relationships with project owners, architects, contractors, and fabricators; introduce products and understand project approval processes.
Provide product consultation and recommend suitable solutions based on project design and functional requirements.
Prepare company profiles, quotations, technical documents, and product samples for client presentations.
Develop and deliver project-specific presentations to promote Tostem products and secure product specifications in project designs.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, design consultants, and contractors.
Collaborate with Technical and Estimation teams to ensure competitive and feasible project solutions, and support the sales team during project closing.
Update customer activities, project progress, and market feedback in the reporting system and submit regular reports to management.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Male/Female. Under 35 years old.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
Proven experience working with contractors, developers, and key stakeholders in large-scale construction projects.
