International Real Estate Developer is looking for Ecosystem Manager to corporate customer to expand their ecosystem by consult the possible integration, exploring opportunity and utilize the company network, help Fintech partner to participate and extend the customer's ecosystem.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To corporate customer to expand their ecosystem by consult the possible integration, exploring opportunity and utilize the company network, help Fintech partner to participate and extend the customer's ecosystem
- To manage accounts during project implementation by communicating frequently with the partner's IT Project Manager
- To overall ensure the customer satisfaction of delivery
- To participate in to the preparation and planning to promote and sell company Smartechi's technology solutions to banks, financial institutions and other industry segment in Vietnam;
- To support company Smartechi's director in prepare business development plan for market expansion in Vietnam/SEA
- To actively provide feedback and drive customization of our products to fit the Vietnam context

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years + product management track record in fintech, B2B financial service project in financial or banking sectors; better to have customer online lending/credit platform knowledge
- Experience in successful B2B technology solution
- Experience in successful managing partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Highly adaptable and able to cope with frequent changes typical to new companies
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating impact for clients
