• Edit and proofread all written content produced by the Marketing Department - including social media copy, website content, newsletters, brochures, press materials, and campaign copy
• Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned to each Company client's tone of voice and style guide
• Work closely with
Content Writers, the
Digital Marketing Specialist, and the Head of Marketing
• Develop and maintain editorial style guides for each Company group client
• Manage and maintain content calendars in collaboration with the team
• Support long-form content projects such as annual reports, prospectuses, and thought leadership articles
• Translate or review bilingual (Vietnamese/English) content as required
• Flag and resolve inconsistencies, errors, or brand misalignment in content
• Any work required within the relevant field required by the company.

• Zero factual or brand errors in published content
• Content turnaround time within agreed SLAs
• Style guide compliance across all Company client content
