Sales and Counseling:
• Call for counseling,
telesales, and persuade customers.
• Build and search the customer database.
• Create a personal sales plan and be responsible for effective sales performance as assigned by the Front Office Manager/School Manager.
• Commit to achieving all KPIs assigned daily, weekly, or monthly.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build trust with parents, take care of and support current students to increase new sign-ups through references, and boost re-enrollment numbers.
• Ensure accurate information and the best service for students and parents.
Other:
• Support the overall operation of the center.
• Maintain and use the Center's facilities effectively.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Managers.
