OVERVIEW
Education Counselor focuses on customer relationship management, aligning customer and business goals to create mutually beneficial outcomes. An effective Education Counseling strategy supports healthy sales funnel conversions, reduces churn rates and increases referral sales opportunities.
Since 2021, DigiUni has been nurturing young Vietnamese talent by providing advanced programming and design classes, divided into small groups, and led by a team of leading instructors. In the last 5 years, DigiUni students have achieved Top 20 results in international and domestic programming competitions, received scholarships from the world's leading universities, and paved the way for outstanding success for Vietnamese youth in the future.
Our audience are the students learning from beginning to advanced (4 - 22 years old), students who are looking to prepare for competitions (8 - 14 years old) or aiming to go study abroad (15 - 17 years old).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Required working availability on Saturday and Sunday; Off 1.5 days on weekdays.
Working hours: 11am - 8pm; 0.5 working day is 4pm-8pm
- Processing assigned leads (leads come from
digital marketing, referrals, renewals and offline events)
- Support marketing initiatives for reaching out to new potential clients
- Set up & assist trials classes, events and deliver consultations to clients to map suitable learning programmes for the students.
- Be responsible for monthly revenue target of assigned new opportunities
- Ensure parent & student are well supported from the beginning until the end of the course
- Occasionally update parents on students progress & upcoming competitions, as well as sharing school updates on news & past/upcoming activities
- Interact with teachers on a daily basis ahead of students' trial classes
- Support
Academic Manager with new and existing classes schedulings & plannings of studying groups
- Ensure systems data compliance within campus
- Create a fun, safe learning environment for all students
