Offered Package
*Fresh graduates, under 2 year experience: Base salary range 10 - 12 mil/ month + commission bonus. Monthly income of 16,500,000 vnd with uncapped commission potential.
* Senior sales with 2 years experience & above: Base salary range 12 - 16 mil/ month (based on experience) + commission bonus up to 10%. Monthly average income of 20,000,000 vnd with uncapped commission potential.
* Full base salary during 2 months probation period
Jobs Description
*Available to work on Saturday & Sunday, taking 1.5 day off on weekdays
*Approaching clients to explore customers' needs and introduce about why digital & soft skills need to be developed from young age; what benefits our centre & programs provide.
*Occasionally do in-the-field markets direct approach and join our monthly offline events to maximize the potential customer pool.
*Assisting trials classes and delivering consultations to clients to map suitable learning programs for the children.
*Building and maintaining positive connection with potential clients, updating clients' needs status on the CRM system. Seeking referrals from current customers.
*Closing sale contracts to achieve KPI
*Working closely with academic & operations departments
*Joining & completing onboarding & ongoing training plan
