• Provide personalized educational consulting services to students seeking study abroad opportunities.
• Assist students in selecting appropriate programs and institutions based on their academic and career goals.
• Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate students about study abroad processes.
• Collaborate with universities and educational organizations to stay updated on program offerings.
• Prepare and review application materials to ensure they meet institutional requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in study abroad regulations.
• Support students throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract potential students.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational consulting or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. IELTS >= 6.0
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in customer service or client relations.
• Knowledge of international education systems and study abroad processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse student backgrounds.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
