Mô tả công việc
• Provide expert counseling to prospective students and families regarding overseas study opportunities, including information on countries, universities, courses, entry requirements, application procedures, visa applications, and related matters.
• Collaborate with admission team to facilitate student application processes for school admissions, visa applications, accommodation arrangements, travel logistics, and other relevant issues.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with students during their overseas studies, offering support and guidance as needed.
• Liaison with local and international business partners to address related issues and foster collaborative relationships.
• Attend and represent at educational fairs and events organized by Duc Anh and its partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
• Opportunities for Advancement: Eligible candidates may apply for the Counselor Team Leader position, contingent upon meeting requirements.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in facilitating students' study abroad opportunities is preferable.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential for effective interaction with students and stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Must be personable and exhibit strong public relations and persuasive abilities.
• Target-Oriented: The ideal candidate should be goal-driven and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications and data entry, are necessary.
