Job Responsibilities:
• Knowledge Management:
o Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of various products.
o Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers.
• Training & Documentation:
o Develop training materials based on new product improvements.
o Conduct training sessions for both internal and external audiences on various aspects of the products.
o Prepare and maintain comprehensive training materials.
Job Duties:
• Customer Training: Provide product training and documentation to customers.
• Internal Product Training: Conduct internal training sessions on products and their applications.
• Training Material Preparation: Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Workshop & Seminar Organization: Organize and coordinate workshops and seminars on product-related topics.

Yêu cầu

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Languages:
o Fluent in both spoken and written English or Korean.
o Preference will be given to candidates with English or Korean language certifications.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge:
o Understanding of the dental industry and dental software (additional training will be provided).
o Familiarity with training methods and materials.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to identify and assess training needs.
o Strong training and consulting skills.
o Proficiency in creating and editing training materials.
• Attitude:
o Proactive, positive, and committed to continuous improvement.
o Highly responsible and with a can-do attitude.
o Passionate about dental technology and able to work under pressure.
