I. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Administration and operation of server systems and professional software. Ensure stable operation of IT systems.
• Administering the Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365.
• Solve incidents relating to the network and server systems;
• Ensure cybersecurity through management of access, back-ups and firewalls according to the regulations and policies.
• Develop an internal archives of technical documents, user guides and IT policies;
• Supporting the implementation of software projects, operating the school's software systems.
• Researching and consulting on the development of IT infrastructure, application software systems, new educational technologies, and reporting to leaders at all levels.
• Draw up plans and cooperate with other departments in operations and maintenance of IT devices.
