Main duties and responsibilities

Duties

Contents

Duty 1

Guiding, monitoring and examining the implementation of documents related to the examination work of units and individuals in VJU

Duty 2

Researching to propose forms and methods of examination to evaluate learners' learning results according to the VJU training programs

Duty 3

Coordinating with faculties and programs in creating, supplementing, managing and using the Exam Bank for training programs of the University

Duty 4

Coordinating with relevant units in organizing, inspecting and supervising the University's examinations

Duty 5

Performing the management, storage and security of exam papers, exams and test scores as prescribed.

Duty 6

Performing the tasks of the Examination and Quality Assurance Department as prescribed in anti-plagiarism work for training and scientific research at VJU

Duty 7

Contacting point, working with VNU and other agencies in relevant field.

Duty 8

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experiences

Education: Bachelor's degree in related fields to the job position (Educational Measurement & Evaluation) or Master's degree abroad.
Working experiences: Minimum 1 years of working experiences in the administrative work. Working experiences in Examination work will be preferred.
Foreign language: English with IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, Ithenticate.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deadlines commitment.
- Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and teamwork skills.
- Logical thinking.
Attitudes:

High commitment to deadline.
Highly responsible toward work.
Responsibility, accountability and services oriented.

Salary and Benefit

Recruitment process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview.
Successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract after 2 months of probation. The Incumbent can be offered another 2-year contract or indefinite duration contract upon the satisfaction of his/her performance.
