EHS Specialist

Be responsible to develops, implements, and monitors company environmental health and safety (EHS) programs, policies and activities to ensure compliance with the health, and safety regulations of Vietnam and create a safety working environment for all employees, company while protecting the environment.
- Direct EHS activities including planning, implementing, and managing performance & reports to ensure company compliance with all regulations, reviews requirements regarding environment health & safety laws.
- Promotes workplace safety, and assists in the development, maintenance, and management of EHS programs at the company, including proactive incident and illness prevention, respiratory protection, contractor safety, and hazardous chemical management.
- Performing EHS assessments to identify workplace hazards and determining appropriate control measures / appropriate corrective action to ensure health and safety target met.
- Directs EHS project(s) including project design and schedule to improve KPIs related to EHS set by the company. Directs the development of short and long-term EHS objectives and recommends goals to management.
- Coordinate training and manage documentation, including but not limited to: Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP), Evacuation Procedures, PPE, etc
