Electrical and Test Development Engineer

Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher Degree in Electronic or Electronic and Communication.
- Experience:
• 2+ years' of related working experience in developing test systems, including hardware and software development.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
Knowledge of both Analog and Digital circuit design.
• Experience in automation development tools, C, C#, [protected info] Microsoft Visual Studio
• Knowledge of firmware and PCBA
Experience in using Altium or Cadence for simple PCB creation
• Knowledge of Agilent equipment or other measurement equipment.
Experience using an oscilloscope
• Knowledge with QA-tools (GRR, Control Chart, Histogram, CP, CPK, Problem Solving,...)
• Knowledge with documentation and ERP system (engineering change request, waiver/ deviation,...)
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email
• Experience in Access database, SQL server.
• Experience in software Altium or OrCad... is a plus
• SPC, shop-floor control, process improvement.
• Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Knowledge of all manufacturing testing processes in Vietnam.
• Capability to successfully work with employees in a multi-cultural, global team environment, with emphasis on communication with US based team with excellent written and verbal English based communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and issues involving external and internal priorities.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills, participates in meetings, expresses opinions, offers ideas and listens effectively.
• Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism
