About the Role We are partnering with a leading international EdTech company to hire an AI Developer who will work on innovative learning technologies powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
You will contribute to developing intelligent learning content, AI-powered assessments, and automated reporting systems. This role requires strong English communication and the ability to read Japanese (IT Japanese).
Responsibilities: LLM-Based Development:
- Implement LLM-based learning content generation services
- Develop AI-driven content review and quality checking tools
- Build LLM-based learning assessment and evaluation services
- Implement automated report generation services using LLMs
AI R&D & Product Improvement:
- Research the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI
- Improve automation workflows and optimization algorithms for assessment content
- Design workflows for automated content creation and question recommendation
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate and enhance AI performance
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience as an AI Developer (AI Agent, AI Modeling, NLP, or LLM-related work)
- Bachelor's degree completed (post-graduation experience only)
- Able to work full-time
- Strong English communication skills
- Japanese proficiency is required (Reading & IT Japanese)
- Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLM libraries, etc.)
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and LLM concepts
Nice to Have: - Experience in EdTech, e-learning platforms, or educational content development
- Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience in prompt engineering or model fine-tuning
- Experience working with international teams
