1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or
Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in automation design or manufacturing environment.
3. Skills:
• Strong knowledge of automation equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in PLC programming, robot programming, vision systems, and C++ coding.
• Ability to read and create technical documents.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• English proficiency (Japanese is a plus).
• Personal Attributes: Initiative, accountability, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and teamwork.
