• Conduct site surveys and evaluate existing electrical systems for HVAC and solar projects.

• Prepare technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and proposal documents using AutoCAD.
Lập bản vẽ kỹ thuật, sơ đồ nguyên lý và hồ sơ đề xuất kỹ thuật AutoCAD.
• Support the
project manager in design & technical coordination with customers and supervise subcontractors.

• Supervise site installation and commissioning works to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

• Prepare progress reports, test reports, and handover documents.
Chuẩn bị báo cáo tiến độ, báo cáo nghiệm thu và hồ sơ bàn giao.
• Cooperate with internal teams (HVAC, solar, control) to deliver integrated energy-saving solutions.
Phối hợp với các nhóm nội bộ để cung cấp giải pháp tiết kiệm năng lượng tổng thể.
• Other tasks will be assigned by management.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical design, installation, or
site supervision for factories/buildings.
• Knowledge of factory electrical systems, power distribution, and control wiring.
• Ability to read and create single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and electrical drawings.
• Advantage: Experience in HVAC, solar systems, or MEP projects; working with Japanese factories/clients.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and MS Office.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn new technologies (HVAC, solar, BMS).
• Basic English skills (communication, reading, writing).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving.
