Mô tả công việc

- Quote to customer (estimate labor time for making control cabinet, work with suppliers about
specs to get cost for electrical components...) when get customer's drawing for RFQ (request
for quotation)
- Advise specs. to QC to inspect electrical components.
- Design schematic following function/require from customer. Create method to check schematic
when receives customer's drawing (RFQ) from customer via software/any.
- Using 3D software to create 3D assembly of control cabinet. Following schematic from
customer's drawing, can simulate from points to points/ wires to wires, create drawing for
making separate wire harness that wire harness will be assembled inside control cabinet in
mass production.
- Create method properly to make from wires to wires inside control cabinet based on 3D
assembly and schematic in mass production.
- Can build load tester to adapt control cabinet product required.
- Assist production with process improvements and implementation.
- Assist with material/devices sourcing.
- Using management software (ERP)
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
Engineering degree in electric, automation, mechatronics
- English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Has experience about electrical components (PLC, relay, contactor, Solid state relay, power
unit.... Schneider, Omron, ABB...)
- Has knowledge process (work instruction, buying, sourcing, copy exact) to keep the mass
production that runs smoothly.
- Used to design/work project for making control cabinet.
- Has knowledge about UL (Underwriters Laboratories)
- Experience in maintenance for control cabinet. For example: based on existing control cabinet
that can fix if controlling is not running properly.
- Can program PLC (Omron, [protected info]), knowledge about SCADA (supervisory control and
data acquisition)
- Min. 2-years work experience in similar position
