Manage electrical maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and minimal environmental impact.
Provide technical support and guidance for electrical maintenance activities.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to support maintenance activities.
Improve maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, manufacturing, industrial plants, or related industries.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/CMMS is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
