Degree/ Qualification: Master's degree or higher in
Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electromagnetic Circuit Design or E-Machine Design.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in electric motor design, analysis, and manufacturing with a focus on high-performance motors for electric vehicles (EVs).
- Proven track record in delivering electric motor projects from concept to production within a fast-paced product development environment.
- Proficiency in electromagnetic design and simulation software such as Ansys RMxpert, Maxwell, JMAG, MotorCAD, and MATLAB/Simulink.
- Experience in working with permanent magnet motors, AC induction motors, and switched reluctance motors.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as laser welding, adhesive bonding, interlocking laminations, and thermal management techniques.

Soft skills:
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information in presentations and reports.
- Competent with office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of electromagnetic motor theory, motor design
- Knowledge of advanced motor materials, including high-performance permanent magnets, low-loss core materials, and high thermal conductivity components.
- Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and failure mode analysis.
- Awareness of industry trends, particularly in EV motor design
