Mô tả công việc
Employee Relations:
- Coordinate the implementation of ER activities with concerned committees, such as sport activities, Year-End Party, Outing, Teambuilding, Family Day, and any other events of employees during the year. Do survey & report after events for improvement.
- Coordinate the implementation of reward & recognition program
- Deal with employees' questions, requirements, complaints, and coordinate with the concerned parties for response, improvement, etc.
- Support HRM in other tasks with no conflicts of interest, per Nestle policy.
Employee Services
- Monitor and activate C&B change on system
- Manage Employees Profile
- Manage payroll process properly
- Ensure attendance, leaves recording, annual leaves management to be in line with the company policies
- In charge of Health insurance, Social Insurance, Unemployment Insurance
- Give the guideline/ consulting to employee about Government Standard Wage insurance
Yêu cầu
- Education requirement: Bachelor's degree and above
- English: Good at 4 skills
- Interpersonal/communication/influencing skill
- Good at Event organizing
- Good at Tasks and time management
- Knowledge of Local employment law & labor regulations
- Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting
- Advanced Use of Power Point, Canva design, Microsoft Excel
