We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Employee Relations Trainee to join our team and gain valuable experience in various aspects of human resources. As an Employee Relations Trainee, you will assist with employee records, recruitment, translator, welcoming new hires and travel arrangements.
You should have a degree in HR or a related field,or be a recent graduate with some HR experience. You should also have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. You should be eager to learn and contribute to our HR goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Recruitment and Hiring
- Assist in Employee Orientation, On-Boarding
- Assist in Employee Trainings
- Expatriate support and travel arrangements.
- Other related ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
- Assist HR related tasks and communication and / or travel to VT factories in Binh Duong
- Assist in VT kitchen once per month with the manager
- Report to the Employee Relations Manager
Working hours: Mon-Friday 9 am-6 pm (flexible - 40-hour work week)
