Mô tả công việc
MISSION
To lead the development and execution of strategies that reduce energy consumption and environmental impact, ensuring the integration of sustainable practices across all operations.
ACTIVITIES
1. Strategic planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive energy-saving strategy aligned with Central Retail's sustainability goals.
• Set measurable targets for energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction.
2. Energy efficiency projects:
• Identify opportunities for energy optimization across retail outlets, warehouses, and corporate offices.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of energy-saving projects, such as installing energy-efficient equipment, upgrading HVAC systems, and optimizing lighting.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
3. Data analysis and reporting:
• Analyze energy consumption data to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Monitor progress against energy-saving targets and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with energy-related regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO 50001).
4. Team leadership:
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of energy specialists, engineers, and sustainability officers.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
5. Stakeholder engagement:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and facilities management, to embed energy-saving practices.
• Work closely with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry associations, to promote sustainable energy solutions.
6. Employee engagement and awareness:
• Design and implement training programs to raise awareness about energy efficiency among employees.
• Advocate for behavioral changes that contribute to the company's energy-saving objectives.
7. Sustainable development:
• Develop and oversee sustainability strategies that align with corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of operations and recommend improvements.

Yêu cầu
1. Experience in the retail industry: Ideally, 5 to 10 years of experience in the retail sector or a similar role.
2. Energy efficiency project management: Proven track record in implementing projects aimed at reducing energy consumption, such as the installation of energy-efficient equipment or optimization of lighting and heating systems.
3. Cost analysis: Ability to analyze energy costs and propose economic solutions.
4. Sustainable Development: Experience in developing sustainable development strategies and evaluating the environmental impact of operations.
5. Leadership and team management: Experience in leadership positions, with skills in team management and change management.
6. Collaboration with stakeholders: Experience working with various stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies.
Functional skill:
1. Data Analysis: Data analysis skills to assess energy consumption and identify inefficiencies.
2. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to advocate for initiatives and raise staff awareness on sustainability issues.
3. IT Skills: Proficiency in energy management software and analytical tools (basic programming skills can also be an advantage).
4. Initiative: Ability to develop and implement innovative projects to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
