1. Building Management System (BM) Operations
- Monitor the Building Management System (BM).
- Monitor building utilities and infrastructure systems.
- Identify and report abnormal system conditions.
- Support system performance optimization.
- Maintain BMS operational records.
2. Work Order & Maintenance Coordination
- Receive and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Assign and monitor engineering work orders.
- Track work order progress and completion.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Update maintenance records accurately.
3. Infrastructure Support
- Monitor utility consumption and operational data.
- Support infrastructure inspections and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate emergency maintenance requests.
- Assist with inventory records for engineering materials.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Teamwork & Communication
- Coordinate with Engineering Associates and operational departments.
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Food & Beverage, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth Resort operations.
- Communicate maintenance priorities effectively.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
5. Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow Resort engineering policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report safety hazards and equipment defects immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Participate in emergency response procedures.
1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Working experience
Previous experience in Engineering Administration, Building Management Systems (BM), Facilities Management, or a similar Engineering role is preferred.
Experience in an international resort or commercial building is an advantage.
3. Professional knowledge and skills
Basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
Knowledge of engineering work order processes.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain engineering records.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
4. Attitude and behaviours

Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.
Basic Salary: 8-12 million, based on qualifications and experience
Service Charge: Up to VND 10 million/month
