1. Landscape Operations
- Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities.
- Ensure gardens and outdoor areas are well maintained.
- Monitor the condition of lawns, trees, shrubs, and plants.
- Plan seasonal planting and landscape improvement works.
- Maintain the overall appearance of the Resort grounds.
2. Horticulture & Plant Care
- Supervise watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Monitor plant health and recommend replacement when necessary.
- Ensure proper use of fertilizers and horticultural materials.
- Maintain irrigation systems in coordination with Engineering.
- Promote sustainable landscaping practices.
3. Team Leadership
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to Landscape Associates.
- Monitor work quality and productivity.
- Conduct daily briefings and toolbox meetings.
- Coach and develop Landscape Associates.
- Ensure compliance with Resort grooming and performance standards.
4. Materials & Equipment
- Monitor landscape tools and equipment.
- Control inventory of plants, fertilizers, and gardening supplies.
- Coordinate procurement requests when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of landscape equipment.
- Minimize waste and control operational costs.
5. Teamwork & Communication
- Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other departments to support Resort operations.
- Support Resort events and outdoor setup requirements.
- Report landscape maintenance issues promptly.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training.
- Perform other duties assigned by the
Engineering Manager or Chief Engineer.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safe working practices during landscape operations.
- Comply with Resort health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Maintain clean and hazard-free outdoor areas.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Participate in emergency response procedures.
1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Working experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or gardening operations.
Previous supervisory experience in an international resort, hotel, or commercial property is preferred.
3. Professional knowledge and skills
Good knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care.
Understanding of fertilizers, pesticides, and safe handling procedures.
Basic budgeting and inventory control skills.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.
Service Charge: Up to VND 10 million/month
