Engagement & Corporate Culture Development Specialist

The Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and improving the overall employee experience. This position is responsible for planning and executing annual engagement programs, including team-building activities, internal events, culture days, company anniversary celebrations, and year-end parties to strengthen connections and team spirit.
• Develop and implement corporate culture initiatives, ensuring the promotion of the company's core values, mission, and vision across the organization. These efforts help reinforce the corporate identity and motivate employees to work effectively and stay committed long-term.
• Involves managing internal communications by creating content, designing visuals, and producing videos for various internal and external communication channels such as the company's fan page, LinkedIn, and website. Close collaboration with related departments, especially Marketing/Communications, is essential to maintain consistency in messaging and corporate branding.
• Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of engagement programs, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, and proposing improvements to continuously enhance the employee experience.
