Engineer- Facilities VNM (Temporary contract - 10 Months)

Provide technical and professional leadership to the maintenance team and manage the maintenance process & centralized maintenance management system (Oracle.) Maintain PM, assets records and other pertinent data that is deemed necessary for department's KPI. Publish information that has been reviewed, in a report format, on a routine basis.
• Improve & sustain Oracle System & Spare for DNM Site
o Engaged in Process for spare.
o Maintain Asset/Part associations with Facility system
o Interface with Inventory Control and Purchasing on spare matters.
o Lead spare part Continuous Improvement efforts
o Maintain part picture library
o Process PM documentation & sustain work orders system
• Assist downtime planning process for manufacturing equipment
• Document departmental procedures, update as business processes change
• Perform non-routine requests arising from the audit functions
• Maintain asset records in the System
o Create, update Asset Records
o Verify and tag assets
o Update mapping documentation
o Track rotating assets
o Communicate asset information to Finance
• Provide training where applicable to Maintenance team
• Responsible to interface with MES/IT to identify, brainstorm, create and implement Maintenance system & reporting improvement projects such as Shift report, PM scheduling, Work ordering closure & etc
• Participate in global maintenance forum for sustaining KPI review & improvement plan.
• Perform tasks, related to PR/PO, spare parts stock, ROP on Oracle System
• Manage space & cubicles layout arrangement for DNM Site.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform administration tasks (lockers, cubicles, space management).
