- Strong programming skills in Python or C+ +; experience with LLM/agent-based vibe coding workflows is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience in scripting, data processing, or automation workflows.
- Familiarity with basic Al concepts such as agents, rule-based reasoning, and prompt-driven systems.
- Ability to read technical documentation and translate engineering problems intostructured software solutions.
The following three directions are all open for application
1. Electrical Engineering Track
· Strong analog and digital circuit knowledge, understanding of power delivery system is a strong plus.
· Solid fundamentals in circuit theory, electronics, and semiconductor components, with the ability to read datasheets, schematics, and test specifications.
· Familiar with semiconductor measurements (e.g., voltage, current, I‐V behavior) and comfortable validating test data or configurations.
· Fundamental understanding of:
- Embedded systems
- CISC or RISC architecture
- CPU, IO, memory, peripherals, and interfaces
- Basic familiarity with common interfaces:
- I2C, SPI, UART, USB (conceptual level is sufficient)
- Understanding of highspeed circuitry is a strong plus.
2. Material Engineering Track
· Fundamental understanding of materials behavior and properties
· Knowledge of physical failure mechanisms
· Familiarity with laboratory environments and careful handling practices
· Strong interest in hands‐on, lab‐based engineering investigation
· Prior experience with advanced FA tools is not required (but preferred), Precision mindset and willingness to learn and practice are more important.
3. Mechanical Engineering Track
· Background in mechanical systems, robotics, or electromechanical design, with hands‐on experience in prototyping or lab equipment.
· Familiar with basic CAD, fixtures, or robot mechanisms, and able to reason about motion, stability, and physical interaction.
· Basic understanding of:
- Mechanical structures
- Material behavior under load
· Ability to read basic mechanical drawings, CADs and understand dimensions
· Strong interest in hands‐on, hardware‐focused engineering work
