Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Testing Engineer (Electronics, $1300, ID 20008):
Act as the technical lead in Vietnam and the main point of contact for the global Test Systems Development (TSD) team.
Work hands-on with engineers while leading, mentoring, and guiding junior team members to achieve production testing targets.
Research and develop new testing methods to improve production test efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet production test objectives.
Develop and maintain RF test tools for technologies such as Bluetooth, BLE, WiFi, ZigBee, and RF4CE.
Standardize testing methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Improve yield, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality and cost efficiency.
Support the transition of test systems from NPI to mass production (MP).
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for smooth handover to manufacturing.
Participate in production test reviews, customer meetings, and factory audits.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics,
Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in high-volume production testing in the electronics industry, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of RF testing and audio-related products (Bluetooth, BLE, WiFi, etc.).
Experience with consumer electronics, IoT devices, or remote control products testing.
Experienced in programming languages such as Python, C#, LabVIEW, or similar.
Good English skills (Chinese is a plus).
