Mô tả công việc

Supporting the department with all daily general clerical/ administrative tasks
Performing departmental secretary duties that include managing roster, time attendance and other benefits
Ordering office supplies and other requested facilities for daily duties of the department and managing records/ inventory, etc.
Acting as the point of contact among team members, Department Head, HR Department and other internal or external partners
Coordinating and monitoring all the department's appointments, meetings, room bookings, and training
Handling all incoming information, obtaining all relevant information, and passing it on to the appropriate personnel
Set up a filing system and update the index of files and forms regularly, making it convenient to retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports
Perform other duties if required

Yêu cầu

2-year college graduate or above, bachelor degree preferred
Good administrative and organization skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Be responsible, confident and willing to learn
At least 1-year experience at the same position
