Engineering Manager, Kobiton

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Facilitate and host the Scrum Events for multiple teams: Daily Standup, Grooming, Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
Lead the Product team to work with CTO and other Leads in weekly meetings to define and monitor the Road map, also the Product Backlog, make sure all the work items are clear enough and ready to go for Development team.
Working with Sales or Marketing teams on their new requests, understand and help the team arrange and prioritize them with current tasks in Sprint.
Coordinate to organize the All-hand weekly meeting for whole VN team, plan the activities, team building games and quiz for the team.
Transfer and coach Scrum knowledge to Development team to understand the Scrum Spirit, all the Scrum Events/Ceremonies, Scrum Value and Artifacts.
Lead the team to overcome challenges and achieve every Sprint Goal, unblock obstacles and issues in order to reach deadlines on time and fulfill all the requirements.
Handle the Jira's project page to keep the Product/Release/Sprint backlog transparency to Development team.
Prepare the future capacity of Development team and foresee the workload to keep team velocity stable Sprint by Sprint with the good quality.
Do the resource planning in short-term and long-term, involve into the recruitment and interview processes.
Monitor and review the cost of all services that the team is using to develop the Product (e.g. AWS, Google, etc.).
Help resolve the conflicts between team members, get the feedbacks on time and define the plan to improve members' performance and motivation.
In charge of other operations to keep the team moving smoothly and fast (e.g. work with Admin team on the office environment matters, with IT team for the infrastructure, hardware/software requests, develop team Buildings program, etc.).

Give support and encouragement to ideas from members.
Deal with individual problems.
Develop team spirit, motivate and build morale.
Ensure communication within the teams.
