Mô tả công việc

• Ensure proper operation of AC, Power, Fire, Safety and other Mechanics & Electrics systems in the building such as: fire alarm system, generator system, elevator system, water, Public Speaker system, pump system...
• Make plan maintenance monthly, quarterly, yearly for airconditional system, electricity system, waste water system... and other system in the building.
• Handle the broken M&E equipments and repair it
• Monitor and liaise with contractors to ensure they comply with specifications.
• Organize and manage techniques to perform daily tasks
• Supervising and contacting contractors to ensure that they are in proper compliance with the technical requirements.
• Take a leading role in emergencies to rescue people and protect project assets by providing emergency services (e.g. police, fire,..) in when they perform their duties.
• Recruit, train, mentor and encourage technical teams to ensure safe and efficient operations. Planning and training staff to perform additional tasks to ensure long-term success.
• Make and control safety rules and environmental policies for the building
• Ensure daily tasks are established and followed, including: inspection, repair, construction defects...
• Receive work order from Housekeeping Dept. and rase order to get ENG materials from Pur. Dept. and solve those issues.
• Cooperate with HK and PUr Dept. to ensure that all issues can solve as soon as possible.
• Control ENG store.
• Ensure to save energy, water, mainternace periodly to avoid the equipment broken
• Make good relationships with government Offices (if any).

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
• University Graduation with specialized technician/Electricity/mechanics
Experience:
• At least 5 years' experience in technical with the same level.
• Leadership skill.
Skills/ Knowledge:
• Have skills of planning, directing, controlling and coordinating the activities of Engineering Department smoothly and effectively.
• Have skill to solve problems and negotiation
• Have skill to training, audit and work assignment for new employees
• Budget control skill
• English fluency, Computer skill, Autocad software
• Basic knowledge of all M&E equipment in high buildings. Especially knowledge of the automatic control system of the building as well as other automatic control systems of the M&E system.
• Have basic knowledge of architecture, construction.
• Able to use almost mechanical - electrical equipment
