10+ years of experience in the software industry with 3+ years in Engineering Management leading agile teams on design, development, and delivery of highly scalable products, experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or python, design patterns and algorithms.
Prior experience with engineering large high-volume services, with service-oriented development and cloud-based systems.
Prior experience specifically as Engineering manager with responsibility for the whole engineering lifecycle for a major cloud service preferred.
Technical abilities, rapid problem solving, design, rapid prototyping and debugging skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate a vision and get people invested in success.
Exposure to the process and nuances of operationalizing and supporting products and services used by thousands of customers simultaneously.
Ability to create, drive and evangelize cross-team processes and achieve org-wide impact.
2+ years' Experience working with data analytics, data pipelines and cloud computing services, such as Azure.
2+ years' Experience with data driven development of user facing web interfaces, integrating data analytics, design patterns and algorithms.
4+ years people management experience and leading projects across multiple product releases.

Lead and encourage the use of best practices, ways of doing things, and tools to make work easier, better, and efficient at every stage of the project.
Oversee product governance, which includes managing both development and support functions, to ensure smooth and effective management.
Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to consistently enhance our development methods.
Keep executives, management, and stakeholders informed about project status and technical plans in a clear and professional manner.
Interact with customers and stakeholders to collect feedback, validate requirements, and spearhead product enhancements.
