Engineering Supervisor (Rotating Equipment)

- Support data for develop, and implement the yearly and long term maintenance programs and activities as per schedule to ensure availability and reliability of equipment in line with industry norms.
- Prepare and carry out the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance plan / schedule properly based on Long Term maintenance plan and yearly PM schedule.
- Support to revise and strictly follow approved maintenance documents of rotating equipment (Pump, blower, compressor, etc...) with full compliance of safety regulation and standard when performing maintenance activities.
- Support to review and update spare parts for critical equipment to ensure availability at all time with optimal cost.
- Respond timely to on-call and emergency situations in the PVC Plant to maintain plant performance and safety.
- Support for plan and execution phase of plant Turnaround work to achieve targeted schedule, budget and safety standards.
- Monitor and execution for all findings from troubleshoot equipment problems to enhance the better performance and reliability, involve in RCA and Investigation process. Improvement works are controlled and followed PDCA cycle for completion and evaluation.
- Maintain high motivation and discipline among Mechanical (Maintenance) personnel to ensure a conductive working environment.
- Prepare work instruction, job method, spare part in advance for maintenance.
- Assign work to technician, timely support and consult Mechanical Technician on site.
- Update work completion into work order and record maintenance history after word finish work at site.
