Engineering Team Leader - Integration Manager, NodeJS

We're in search of a proactive Engineering Team Leader - Integration, to lead and implement technology integrations with our enterprise-level tech partners and vendors. This role is central to expanding our integration capabilities in alignment with our expected business growth. It also offers a clear path to progress into an Engineering Manager role.

In this role, you will

• Execute our product strategies in partner and tech integration areas.
• Apply deep knowledge of API integrations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, even when priorities shift.
• Craft integration guides and workflow documents collaboratively with our partner teams.
• Innovate and suggest improvements to boost our product integration capabilities.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent product experience, integrating smoothly with user tools.
• Ensure that all integrations meet the highest standards of security and data protection.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technologies.
• An opportunity to lead and manage an integration engineering team.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in web development utilising Node, Python, SQL, and integrating with third-party platforms via API or plug-ins.
• At least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role, with experience in hiring and onboarding team members.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise technology partners would be an advantage.
• Effective stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Adaptability to work with a diverse set of technologies and the capability to meet the dynamic requirements of the role.
• Proven experience in implementing CICD pipelines across various technological stacks.
• Familiar with the AWS or other cloud environment.
• Strong English communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• A deep commitment to delivering outstanding products to our global clients, taking ownership, and promoting the accomplishments of the integration team.
• An emphasis on performance, user accessibility, and thoughtful API design.
