Conduct candidate interviews in English based on provided scripts or question sets.
Assess candidates' English proficiency (listening, speaking, pronunciation, grammar, and responsiveness).
Record interview results and provide detailed feedback and evaluations.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure an efficient interview process.
Suggest improvements to interview questions and evaluation methods when necessary.
Yêu cầu
Strong English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 8.0 or above)
Have experience in interviewing, recruitment, or English teaching is a plus.
Ability to work flexibly based on scheduling needs (online/offline).
