2. Communication & Culture Training
Communication & Culture Training for new hires focused on enhancing soft skills and business communication aligned with Japanese culture.
Session covers essential aspects of the job, focusing on language use in various customer service scenarios, cultural nuances, and effective communication strategies.
3. Coaching & Feedback:
Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to new hires and team members to improve their language skills and performance based on the process metrics findings.
Offers constructive feedback, helping team members refine their grammar and language-related issues, and overall communication style.

What you need:
Bachelor or Associate's Degree is a must

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - the candidate should have strong communication skills, be patient, empathetic, and should be able to establish a rapport with the students
Flexibility - the candidate should be flexible with their teaching approach and should be able to adapt and modify the course materials according to the learning pace and needs of the students
