Mô tả công việc
Blackstone Minerals Limited is looking for an English translator cum Admin Officer in Son La Office with Translation and Admin experience. Reporting to the Chief of Representative Office. The successful Interpreter role will include:
• Handle tasks that require reading and translating reports, documents and other materials required from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
• Interpret in meetings, workshops, presentations, events.
• Prepare relevant documents, work reports when required.
• Perform work such as arranging meetings, recording meeting minutes, attending meetings.
• Arrange visa, work permit, air tickets, book hotel rooms or related logistic for company employees and foreign partners when required.
• Coordinate with HR Department of other entities in some events when required.

Yêu cầu
To be successful in this role you should possess:
• College/ university graduate and above, preferably in English linguistics.
• 3 years of experience in Translation and Admin.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), business management system - ERP- SAP is preferable.
• Knowledgeable on Office 365.
• Diligent, detailed-minded, proactive.

• Attractive salary range: from $600 to $800.
• Annual leave: 12 days/ year.
• The employee will also be provided with Social Insurance, healthcare and worker compensation insurance, apart from other benefit.

• The employee will work a roster as set out by the Company. When on site the employee will be provided with furnished accommodation plus meals and laundry services. The Company provide scheduled commutation between the mine site & Hanoi.
