Build, maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients.
Leverage knowledge of telecommunications systems, particularly power supply and site equipment to provide effective customer consultation and solutions.
Identify client needs, analyze market trends and propose business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation and contract signing to project follow-up and payment collection.
Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure service quality and on-time delivery.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Provide regular reports on business activities, customer feedback and competitor insights.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT or related fields.
2-3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, B2B sales or account management.
Young, dynamic and proactive personality is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of telecom power systems and site infrastructure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good command of Chinese or English for business communication (Chinese is a strong advantage).
Ability to work independently, handle pressure and commit to sales targets.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (telecom industry requirement).
High sense of responsibility and resilience.
