POSITION SUMMARY
In-charge on the checking of the Plant's Environmental Performance (Air, Water, Land) through the conduct of site inspections and monitoring/sampling activities with the MMT and 3rd party service providers. In-charge on the operation of CEMs and AAQMS, and monitoring of other pollution control devices including the management/storage of acquired data and ensuring that the systems are adequately functional.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Implementation of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Program.
Implementation of the Complaints Management Program.
Development and implementation of the Environmental Site Inspection Program.
Conducts in-house monitoring of the wastewater effluent quality.
Prepare documents/reports related to non-conformance call-outs, preventive and corrective actions, and environmental compliance (national environmental laws, Lenders' project documents, applicable international standards) as may be instructed by the Environmental AM and/or SV.
Prepare and complete necessary and required written reports in a concise, clear, and timely manner.
Assist the Environmental SV in the planning and conduct of Environmental -related activities (MMT, Public Consultation, Environmental-related trainings, etc.).
Assist Environmental AM and/or Environmental SV with all other environmental-related scope of works.
Complete other tasks or works as may be requested by the manager and the assistant manager.
