Environmental Health and Safety Executive

Key Competencies & Skills
The EHS Executive should be and possess the below competencies and skills:
• Active and open-minded listener and critical thinking
• Cross functional teamwork with good sense in timeline
• Modest and respect others without focal on individual target but taking and challenge in bigger picture of company
• Good judgment in enforcing company regulations and security policies, while maintaining confidentiality of investigation and audit matter
• Training, planning and delivering skills
• Good understanding of Supply Chain relationships with manufacturing suppliers, practice networking with manufacturing EHS managers or personnel with diversity in culture and business models "to get the work done through others"
• Audit skills
• Effective communication skills
• Teamwork
• Expert on MS Office tools
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
Education and Experience
• Minimum Bachelor of Sciences in any of these areas: environmental sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, food, pharmaceutical, social sciences
• Experience in working environment certified with SA 8000:2014 or equivalent social accountabilities management system is an advantage
• Familiar with ISO14001:2015 and ISO9001:2015; OHSAS 18001:2015/ ISO 45001
• Have EHS certificates on international level such as: NEBOSH, iOSH is an advantage
• Have knowledge about EHS & labor regulations
• Minimum 5 years of handling similar job in textile or chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies
• Experience in project management
• Experience in capability building to suppliers on EHS and GMP
