As part of the Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) Team, you will be supporting the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Program for our Data Centers and Technical Infrastructure assets. Including EHS management system, environmental compliance programs, safety compliance, health conformance and regional/site oversight. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Google Data Center departments and contractors to identify and address EHS concerns, risk identification and mitigation. In this role you will ensure safety of the operations workforce, protection of the environment, and Google's business. You will provide guidance with implementation of new and critical EHS initiatives and will contribute to the continuous improvement and iteration of our EHS programs.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
