POSITION PURPOSE
The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting business operations by documenting and translating business requirements into system specifications. They will focus on system migration projects, including the ongoing transition from Tourplan to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires a deep understanding of sales processes in a destination management company, including FIT, GIT, and group sales. As a permanent team member, the Junior Business Analyst will also support the continuous improvement and deployment of ERP and CRM systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
