ERP Business Analyst Leader (Manufacturing)
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- System Requirements Engineering: Leading the gathering, definition, and documentation of requirements in collaboration with technical teams and external vendors. Designing and developing the downstream system which is fully integrated with ERP - WFX.
- Project, Backlog and Timeline Management: Overseeing the product backlog and project timelines to align with business schedules and key milestones
- Process Improvement Coordination: Working with internal stakeholders to strategize and implement business process improvements
- User Training and Empowerment: Creating training materials and conducting sessions to help users integrate the new tools into their daily operations
- Automation and Workflow Design: Utilizing technologies like Power Automate, and VBA to design and develop automation solutions that support business processes and operations
- Coordinate with Development team: Deploy the functions as the business requirement and delivery on time.
- People management: Coach and lead the team 5 members
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring microservice health and troubleshoot incidents
YÊU CẦU:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in a similar field and in an international dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of PTPM processes (Waterfall, Agile).
- SQL Query skills (Inner Join, Left Join, etc.).
- General knowledge of Big Data applications, Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
- Skills in modeling with mind mapping and proficiency in tools like Visio.
- UI/UX knowledge. Understanding UX for applications/products and evaluating UI/UX designs.
