The Job
Location: Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: 9am - 6pm, Mon-Fri (Onsite).
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. In this unique role, you will be actively partaking in multiple phases of the technology consulting and service delivery process.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions during the pre-sales process.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the development of internal methodologies.
Upon request, serve as the proxy point of contact for project-related inquiries, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Upon request, provide post-implementation customer support, resolving issues and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Vietnamese & English communication and presentation abilities.
1-3 years of experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Odoo, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools.
Industry-focus knowledge of Manufacturing, Human Resources, Inventory Management, or Finance is highly preferred.
