Participate in and manage the implementation of ERP projects with external partners or through in-house development.
Design and develop Web/App applications to support work management and internal operations.
Manage the technical team using Agile methodology: assign tasks, provide guidance and technical support to team members, review source code, and ensure project progress and quality.
Define, analyze, and design system architecture to ensure sustainability, information security, high performance, and ease of maintenance, upgrades, and scalability.
Coordinate with business departments and the
IT manager to ensure that implementation solutions are practical and aligned with business needs.
Participate in technical consulting and improve internal software development processes.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or equivalent.
Experience in developing or implementing ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Bravo, ETC.).
Proficient in technologies and programming languages:
Back-end: [protected info], PHP, Python, or Java
Front-end: React, Angular, or [protected info]
Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Experience in programming with PDF processing and image manipulation
Ability to read and understand technical documents in English
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to understand business processes and systems
Good communication, teamwork, and task management skills
